Shipping & Delivery
We offer complimentary worldwide shipping on all online orders. Your order is delivered directly to your specified address, regardless of location.
Estimated delivery time is 2–4 weeks, depending on destination and current shipping capacity. Delivery times may vary due to customs processing or other external factors beyond our control.
Free shipping does not apply to items marked as Showroom Sale. These items are sold as collection-only unless otherwise agreed.
Delivery within the Oslo area for Showroom Sale items is available at a fixed rate of NOK 1,500 per item.
For deliveries outside the Oslo area, shipping costs will be quoted individually.
Pre-Assembly & Installation Preparation (Optional Service)
For clients who prefer a simplified on-site installation, we offer a pre-assembly service prior to delivery.
This includes assembling the chandelier frame and installing custom stainless steel mounting clips inside each glass tube, allowing the glass elements to be securely and efficiently mounted during installation.
This service is available at an additional cost, depending on the size and complexity of the chandelier. Pricing is provided upon request.
Professional Installation& Warranty Policy
Due to the delicate and handcrafted nature of our glass chandeliers, proper installation is essential to ensure safety, performance, and longevity.
Our product warranty applies exclusively to chandeliers installed by our company or under our direct supervision. This allows us to ensure that each installation meets the required technical and safety standards.
Installations carried out by third parties without our involvement are not covered under our warranty. In such cases, we cannot guarantee the structural stability, electrical connections, or handling of the glass components.
Any damage resulting from improper installation, modification, or handling after delivery will fall outside the scope of our warranty.
VAT & Duties
Orders within Norway and the European Union
All listed prices include applicable VAT and taxes. The price displayed at checkout is the final price you pay — no additional charges upon delivery.
Orders outside Norway and the EU
Customers are responsible for any import duties, local taxes, or customs fees required by their country’s regulations.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order.
Conditions for return:

Items must be unused

Original packaging must be intact

All documentation must be included
Returns must be trackable and are at the customer’s expense.
A return handling fee of 10% of the order value will be deducted from the refund.
Custom-made or personalized products are non-refundable.
Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are issued using the original payment method.

PRODUCT INFORMATION
We continuously update our product selection. Despite careful review, errors in pricing, descriptions, or availability may occur. We reserve the right to correct such errors without prior notice.

Handmade Products
Many of our products are handcrafted. Variations in color, shape, texture, or minor detailing are natural characteristics of handmade production and contribute to each piece’s uniqueness.
These variations are not considered defects.
