We offer complimentary worldwide shipping on all online orders. Your order is delivered directly to your specified address, regardless of location.
Estimated delivery time is 2–4 weeks, depending on destination and current shipping capacity. During peak periods (product launches, campaigns, holidays), processing times may be longer. Delivery times may vary due to customs processing or other external factors beyond our control. delays caused by customs clearance, weather conditions, or courier disruptions are outside our control.
Free shipping does not apply to items marked as Showroom Sale or Storage Sale. These items are sold as collection-only unless otherwise agreed.
Delivery within the Oslo area for Showroom Sale or Storage Sale items is available at a fixed rate of NOK 1,500 per item.
For deliveries outside the Oslo area, shipping costs will be quoted individually.
If a shipment is refused and returned to us, we reserve the right to deduct return shipping costs and a handling fee of NOK 300 from the refund.
For clients who prefer a simplified on-site installation, we offer a pre-assembly service prior to delivery.
This includes assembling the chandelier frame and installing custom stainless steel mounting clips inside each glass tube, allowing the glass elements to be securely and efficiently mounted during installation.
This service is available at an additional cost, depending on the size and complexity of the chandelier. Pricing is provided upon request.
Due to the size, weight, and delicate nature of glass chandeliers, we strongly recommend installation by qualified professionals.
We can arrange installation through our trusted electricians to ensure correct handling, secure mounting, and optimal final presentation.
Installation services are quoted separately based on project scope and location.
Orders within Norway and the European Union
All listed prices include applicable VAT and taxes. The price displayed at checkout is the final price you pay — no additional charges upon delivery.
Orders outside Norway and the EU
Customers are responsible for any import duties, local taxes, or customs fees required by their country’s regulations.

If an order is cancelled, any payment made will be refunded.
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order.

Returns must be trackable and are at the customer’s expense.
A return handling fee of 10% of the order value will be deducted from the refund.
Custom-made or personalized products are non-refundable.
Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are issued using the original payment method.

Many of our products are handcrafted. Variations in color, shape, texture, or minor detailing are natural characteristics of handmade production and contribute to each piece’s uniqueness.
